Why Heirloom
An heirloom is something passed down with care. We chose the name because that's what financial advice should be about: not chasing markets, but tending to something that grows over time.
What we believe
Most people who'd benefit from a financial adviser never end up with a good one. Not because good advisers don't exist, but because finding them is genuinely hard. The internet is full of paid directories and quiz funnels that route everyone to whoever paid most. We think we can do better.
Independence matters. An adviser paid by commission has different incentives than one paid by you. We care which kind we send you to.
Trust is built in the open. So we publish our business model, explain how matches work, and would rather under-promise than overstate. There's nothing hidden in how we make money.
Where we are today
Heirloom Advisers launched in 2026 and we're onboarding our founding advisers now. We're a small independent UK team, building something we wish had existed when our own families went looking for advice.
